Resources for Mental and Emotional Health

Dear Neighbor,
 
I am very concerned about people's mental and emotional health during this time and want to share any resources that may help. Prioritize sleep, exercise, and keeping a routine; try to eat healthy, well-balanced meals; stay connected to people, over the phone and virtually; and practice breathing techniques. 
 
It is also important to take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to news stories, including social media. Below are resources to help with mental health during this time. 
 
One thing I do to unwind and reduce anxiety is to use the Headspace app. There are some free mediations here
 

 

 
Online Meditation and Yoga
