Originally there had been plans to build micro apartments on this parcel but those plans changed and now the project is moving forward as a 6-story hotel. As this project planned for the corner of W San Carlos at S Willard moves forward, the initial floorpans and drawing were made available to the public. Current plans are for 68 parking spaces in an underground garage accessible via S Willard for the 100+ rooms on the 6-story property. The sidewalks on W San Carlos will be expanded to 20 foot set-backs and 16 feet on S Willard Ave.
