We maintain the north side of 280 between the Meridian Avenue and Saratoga Avenue (approx. 2.5 miles), including the intersection of 280 with 880/17.

The West San Carlos Street Neighborhood Business District Association represents a collective of neighborhood businesses along W San Carlos and works to improve the street, stores, and businesses in the area.
