The Buena Vista Neighborhood Association (BVNA) is holding a Holiday Lights Celebration this winter. If you are a resident in the Buena Vista Neighborhood, simply decorating the outside of your house or apartment for the winter holidays will automatically enter you to win. The BVNA will tour the neighborhood on December 20th and see who has worked hard to bring warmth and joy to winter.
