This year, the Rose, White and Blue 4th of July celebration Is back in a COVID-19 modified form! It will include a party, car show, and bike ride on Shasta Ave. Please remain flexible as COVID-19 regulations continue to change. While the event has been conditionally approved, the event is still subject to changes and/or cancellation based on State/County guidelines. Rose, White & Blue event organizers will follow and enforce guidelines that are in place at the time of the event.
