Another chance to shape San José’s future: The City proposes to amend the Diridon Station Area Plan (DSAP), approved by the City Council in 2014. Now there’s a draft plan you can comment on (comments due by January 8, 2021).
The draft reflects significant public input collected since 2018 and provides a blueprint of land uses for the 250 acres around the Diridon Station.
This draft aligns the DSAP with current market conditions, the proposed Google Project, and other planning efforts for transportation and parks. It integrates equity considerations and will shape private development and public investments.
