Joining member of the community on Thursday for the second Community Conversation? Read about the facilitators and come ready to listen, ask questions and contribute your input about public safety and justice in the County. You can register for July 16 & July 21 here:

You, as a Santa Clara County resident, are invited and encouraged to share your experiences and answer questions about public safety and justice (and disparities in those systems) for the purpose of improving the quality of life for residents at three Community Conversations with Supervisor Susan Ellenberg.

Shared experiences and recommendations will be compiled into a report for the County’s Public Safety and Justice Committee and utilize that report as a tool for equitable and thoughtful decision making.

The report will be presented at the August 6, 2020 committee meeting.

This report will offer a community-generated platform to share with the Public Safety and Justice Committee and the Board of Supervisors an image of the kind of just, equitable communities they seek.

If you are not able to join the Community Conversations, you are encouraged to share your recommendations and personal experiences by sending an email to Supervisor.Ellenberg@bos.sccgov.org with the subject line "Community Conversation."

Thank you in advance for joining in the conversation.
