How do we accomplish fair, affordable and non-discriminatory housing in San Jose?
State law requires all cities to undertake a Housing Element Update and to include an Assessment of Fair Housing. Together, let's identify meaningful actions to combat discrimination, overcome patterns of segregation, foster inclusive communities, and promote access to opportunity for all.
