A senior care facility will likely replace Green Design Plants & Potteries at 415 Meridian Ave. in the next two years or so.

Property owners have filed a conditional use permit to build a 38,861 square foot care home there.

The architectural design hasn’t been finalized, but the facility will have approximately 75 beds, and some of the residents are expected to be Alzheimer’s patients, according to Seth Chandler of San Francisco EB-5.
