If this weekend isn’t convenient, no-cost Household Hazardous Waste drive-through drop-off events are scheduled throughout the year at locations in San Jose, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara and San Martin, for community members to safely and sustainably dispose of or recycle paint, batteries, light bulbs, pesticides, household cleaners, automotive fluids, cooking oil, cosmetics and garden chemicals. Maps and directions are online and provided with sign-up.
