Today I proclaimed October as Homeless Awareness Month in San Jose during City Council. Many District 6 residents have offered to open up their homes to host a small group discussion on homelessness.

We must continue having these difficult conversations, so that we can all contribute to the solutions that will make our neighborhoods cleaner and safer and that will end homelessness.

If you are interested in attending one of these discussions, please contact my office at 408-535-4906 or email me at dev.davis@sanjoseca.gov. Please stay engaged on this issue.
