San Jose Police are investigating a drive-by shooting that occurred late Saturday evening/ Early Sunday morning on S Willard and need additional information from the public.
An altercation may have started on Douglas at S Willard with a person(s) on foot and unknown individuals in a car; after the verbal exchange, shots were fire and at least one person was injured, fleeing southbound onto S Willard where he was located and transported to an area hospital. The car fled south on Willard towards Scott.
If you were witness to the shooting, or have information that will help investigators, please reach out to the police department by calling 911.
