Today, I joined our Housing Department to unveil our new “Tiny Home” prototype. On December 18, the Council will consider using these models to build two, 40-unit bridge housing communities with services, security, and shared amenities for our homeless neighbors. These communities are where innovation meets compassion, and offer us another tool to get more San Joséans off streets, out of creeks, and into housing.
