    Did you know that all forms of fireworks are illegal in the City of San Jose? The City of San José fireworks ban applies to all types of fireworks. (City of San Jose Municipal Code 17.12.940) Illegal fireworks not only include large bottle rockets, roman candles, and firecrackers but also the popular ‘sparklers,’ usually reserved for younger children.
