2018 Silicon Valley Turkey Trot

Register now for the 14th Annual Applied Materials "Silicon Valley Turkey Trot!" Join this Bay Area holiday tradition on Thursday, November 22rd. The Turkey Trot has donated $6.9 million to its five valued community charities.

6:30 am: Race Day Packet Pick Up Opens 7:30 am: Elite Women's 5K & PA/USATF Women's 5K 8:00 am: Elite Men’s 5K & PA/USATF Men's 5K 8:25 am: 10K Wheelchair 8:30 am: 5K Run/Walk (exact start time based on pace) 8:30 am: 10K Run (exact start time based on pace) 10:30 am: Kids Fun Run (ages 2-7)


Street closures will vary from 7 am – noon. We ask that you park on the nearest cross street, but off the race course, as no vehicle access will be permitted during the race.

  • Before 7:30 am - Cars will be able to cross the race course prior to street closures at 7:30 am.

  • 7:30 am - 11:00 am - Cars will be able to enter and exit the enclosed area via Market Street and Coleman Avenue (see pink arrows on map).

  • After 11:00 am - All streets will reopen for access in and out of the enclosed area.
