As the temperatures drop overnight, cold weather services will be available to individuals and families who need a warm place to stay. Throughout the County, shelters and warming centers offer respite from the cold -- for a list of locations visit:


The City of San Jose is providing overnight warming centers at these locations until December 26:

  • Tully Community Library, 880 Tully Road, San Jose, CA 95111

  • Southside Senior Center, 5585 Cottle Road, San Jose, CA 95123

  • Alum Rock Library, 3090 Alum Rock Avenue, San Jose, CA 95127

  • Roosevelt Community Center, 901 E. Santa Clara Street, San Jose, CA 95116
